Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email, name, approximate location (if you share it), and your WhatsApp number, stored with our database provider (Supabase).

Call data: the number you asked us to call, your objective, the call transcript and its AI-generated analysis (summary, outcome, details, references), and the call recording, processed by our voice partner (ElevenLabs) and telephony partner (Twilio).

Device data: if you enable notifications, a push subscription for this device.

2. How we use it

To place the calls you request, show you the results, and send you the summary on WhatsApp via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. We also use aggregate, de-identified usage data (such as calls per day and success rates) to improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your call content for advertising.

3. Calls involve another person

The person who answers your call is spoken to by an AI agent that introduces itself as an assistant calling on your behalf and confirms it is an AI if asked. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to produce your result. You must only request calls where such recording and processing is lawful.

4. Where your data lives

Data is processed by our infrastructure partners (Supabase, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Meta, and our hosting provider), which may store it outside the UAE. We choose partners with strong security practices and share only what each needs to deliver the service. We aim to align our practices with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

5. Retention and deletion

Your call history is kept so you can revisit results. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time through the app, and we will remove it from our systems and instruct our processors to do the same.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile in Settings, disable notifications per device, and choose not to provide a WhatsApp number (results then appear only in the app).

7. Contact

Questions or requests about your data: contact the team through the app. Material changes to this policy will be announced in the app.
